If you are experiencing difficulties signing in to your account, Please check following:
1. If you forgot your password, or you have password issues, please go to the "I forgot my password"
2. Please check your network and internet connection. Make sure you are online and connected correctly.
3. Check if you have entered the correct phone number connected to your account.
Even than you have problems please feel free to contact Cabfery Team.
Cabfery needs your bank account number so that weekly net earnings for the rides completed can be transfered.once you are approved and started accepting ride requests it is advised to provide a bank account number the earliest.
Please do check to provide only one active bank account.
Once you have been confirmed as a driver, you are acceptride requests from both payment methods:
cash and card.
You can change payment method at any given point by selecting one or both of them.
You will receive detail after every ride as well as daily reports of your earnings. You will also be able to check daily or weekly report. Additionally, you will receive a weekly report on the email address you provided in the app.
When you arrive at the pick-up location, the Rider will be notified through the Cabferyapp, you have arrived and Rider must arrive in 4 minutes of estimated time to arrive at the pick up point or he or you can contact through App ,make sure you should wait for Rider arrival.
If Rider fails to show up during this time and did not contact you, you have the right to mark Rider as a NO SHOW, and Rider will be charged and following No-Show fee will be transferred to your account.

Cab Eco: Chf 5.00(Chf 4.50 to your account)
Cab Lux :Chf 8.00 (Chf 6.50 to your account)
Once you as a driver accept the ride request, the passenger is able to cancel the ride. If the Rider cancels the ride within 4 Minutes ,no Fee will be charged for the cancelation. But if the Rider cancels the ride After 4 Minutes and you have already accepted the ride request, then the rider will be charged and following Cancellation Fee will be transferred to your account.

If the Rider cancels the ride while riding to the destination, than full ride charges will be applied .
To become a Cabferypartner Driver you must be be older than 21 years , have at least 3 years of driving experience ,own a vehicle and must provide following documents.
1.You must have you have the 121 License
2.You have taximeter (Tachomac ) and BPT Permission (Professional Passenger Transporter) for your vehicle.
3.You musthave a vehicle that is with at least 4 doors and not older than 10 years
4.You must have a criminal record certificate not older than 3 months.

To provide excellent service to a Rider:
Following points must be kept in mind
1.Good and humble behavior alwaysbrings credibility and reliability.
2.Safety is the Priority: Always adopt the ways that Rider or passenger feels always safe means main goal is to provide a safe and comfortable experience to the Riders.
3. Must be Polite, humble and behelpful.
4. Children under the age of 18 are must be accompanied by Adult.
