  • Create an account

    All you need is an email address and phone number.. To download the app, go to the App Store or Google Play.

  • Enter your destination

    Open the app and enter where you’re going in the Where to? box. Tap to confirm your pickup location and tap Confirm again to be matched to a driver nearby.

  • Meet your driver

    You can track the driver on the App. As soon as Driver is in near pleasewait for him at your pickup location.

  • Check your ride

    Before taking a trip you, please be sure you’re into the right car by matching the license plate, car and model, and driver photo provided in your app.

  • Enjoy the trip

    When you arrive, you will be charge with payment method you have selected ,credit card or Cash .

  • Rate your trip

    You can rate the Driver ,give your driver a compliment or add a tip in the app.

If you as a Rider have lost something during your ride, we will be pleased help find your item through the details you will provide us like lost item type, color, etc.) and possibly a photo. Please provide us your phone number and also a your consent to forward it to the concerned driver to find and get your item back.
Note : It should be noted that Cabferydrivers are driving independently, so neither Cabferyor the driver is responsible for your lost item,but will do up most efforts to find it.

If there is issuee with your ride or someone took your ordered ride and you have been charged for it, please provide us with the following details, so we can review your ride issue.
• Did you order this ride?
• What were the pickup location and destination?
• Additional information

Fares and other additional costs are calculated by combining time and distance of the ride. If you think the journey have taken much longer than expected, then please contact us within 30 days to request a refund.
Submit a request, choose and explain the kind of the problem:
• If the route took longer than expected
• If the driver wasn’t driving the described route
• If my driver took the wrong exit or got lost
• If there was too much traffic or road construction
• Or submit other explanation.

Our drivers keep their vehicles clean, so you can have a comfortable ride. If in any case there is a spillage or vomiting issue, or any damage caused by the Passenger/s, the Driver has the right to report the issue.If you are charged a cleaning fee, you will receive an updated receipt, with all of the details. These cleaning fees are fully paid out to the driver.If you think that you were charged incorrectly, please submit a request and describe the situation and upload pictures if necessary.
Please feel free to contact Cabfery team for some other issuesarose during the ride. (like Driver was rude,or did not take to desired destination etc )

First please make sure every person in the vehicle is fine than please contact immediately the Police (117), Fire Deptt (118) or the Emergency Rescue Service (144) if necessary.
